About the Job
He must have gray or white hair and preferably no facial hair. He acts as the calm anchor of the commercial. He needs to feel warm, professional, and totally unfazed by the golfer losing his mind. He has strong visual charisma and should look like a guy who would give a great hug. His grounded, patient energy is what makes handing over the Lumo putter feel like a real, relieving medical prescription. Character motivations: To cut through the noise and restore simple, quiet sanity to his patients' lives. He genuinely cares and wants to heal them, but he is also deeply used to this. He has seen the "putting epidemic" a thousand times. He is motivated to de-escalate the situation by being impossibly calm and delivering the product as a factual cure.
